There is a lot of planning that has to go in to the stag party to make it a party that the groom to be will remember for the rest of his life. It is traditionally the best man of the groom that will plan the party so ensuring everything goes to plan is usually the main responsibility of him. • First step - The first thing you would have to decide on along with the help of the groom would be how many people are going to attend the stag party. This is because the number of people that would be going would have a dramatic affect on the activities you can do through out the day time, for example if you were going to invite 20 or so men to the day time activities then you wouldn't be able to do things such as white water rafting or other outdoor activities as it would take too much time for everybody to complete the activity. • Activities - Usually there are activities planned through out the day such as out door activities, racing or water sports and then there are the drunken activities for the evening (usually involving copious amounts of alcohol). That is why it important for you to get the activities booked as early as possible so you all have a clear idea of what will be happening at what point through out the day, however, although you should have a clear idea it is usually thought best if the activities are kept secret from the groom himself until the day. To decide the best type of activities you would simply have to think about what the groom likes hobby wise and if there is anything in particular that he has always wanted to do but not had the opportunity, if that is the case then that could be the best thing for you to arrange, for example a bungee jump.
• Budget - This is an important part to take into consideration as not everybody will have the same allowance when it comes to spending money, so the best thing to do would be to speak to the others that will be involved and decide on an amount that you are all willing to spend. Once this is decided then you will have to make sure one of you is assigned to make sure the money for the activities and other expenditures is all collected. This decision will be made a lot easier if there is one person in particular that is especially good with money so they can be trusted to pay for all the activities on time etc.

When you have all the above arranged then you can be safe in the knowledge that everything is planned and paid for before the day. Of course once the activities are booked you will have to keep a record of hen they are booked and obviously times and other information like this.
